Technical requirements for cleaning, maintenance and safety of surface coolers of air-conditioning units
1. First close the valve for the unit to be cleaned.
2. In order to prevent the coil and inlet and outlet pipes from scaling when the unit is in use, the refrigerant water should be softened. If fouling in the surface cooler will affect the heat transfer efficiency, the coil should be inspected and cleaned regularly. During operation, dust will accumulate between the coil and the fins, which should be cleaned regularly.
3. Shut down the unit to be cleaned, and turn the switch of the corresponding unit number on the power cabinet to the "0" position, and hang the warning sign of "Someone is working, no operation".
4. Remove the water baffle, remove the filter bag and do a good job of protecting the filter cartridge from moisture.
5. Install and connect the water pipe (pay attention to check whether the water pipes, joints, etc. leak. Especially where there are warning signs, it is forbidden to pass and place water pipes around the "no water ingress" sign).
6. Install power supply and lighting (reliable grounding is required).
7. Carry out cleaning (including humidification section and blower section) (please pay attention to whether the water pipes and joints, and the floor are leaking or stagnant in the cleaning process. If necessary, deal with it in time).
8. If cleaning with chemicals, make sure that the chemicals are cleaned to avoid corrosion of the surface cold and heating coil).
9. After confirming that the fins of the cooling and heating coils are unblocked and the relevant personnel have checked and accepted, remove the water pipes, power supply, etc.; install the water baffle and install the filter bag or remove the filter cover after removing the dirt in the unit.
10. Take out the tools and items inside the unit (confirm that there are no items left in the unit), close the unit maintenance door, and clean the site.
11. Turn the transfer switch of the corresponding machine on the power cabinet to the "AUTO" position. And remove the warning sign of "Someone is working, it is prohibited to run". Notify the staff on duty in the central control to start the machine. After the unit is operating normally, open the valve of the unit.
12. The cleaning is over.
